River Feugh

Creating a unique angling experience on Royal Deeside, Heughhead Fishing on the River Feugh offers members some excellent pools and runs for fishing you would expect from a top-quality beat. 

The Water of Feugh beat is very intimate with a series of fast shallow runs and a couple of deeper pools which often hold good numbers of fish. The river is well shaded by trees on this beat so while it encourages a good level of insect life for the trout it can make fishing challenging – particularly for fly fishing.
