ADAA NEW FISHINGS!

Management Committee members are please to announce that an agreement has been reached for members to access new fishings on the River Feugh, Heughhead Beat with effect from 1st May 2024.

Various signage and other general tasks are currently underway on the beat to facilitate this for members.

Creating a unique angling experience on Royal Deeside, Heughhead Fishing on the River Feugh offers members some excellent pools and runs for fishing you would expect from a top-quality beat.

The Feugh begins high in the Forest of Birse, to the south of Aboyne and flows through some of the most scenic areas in Aberdeenshire before joining the River Dee at Banchory.

The River Feugh is a spate river and is an important tributary of the River Dee which is well known for the salmon leaping at the Falls of Feugh. Heughhead Fishing is situated 2 miles upstream from the Falls of Feugh and is surrounded by rich, beautiful countryside.

Online rod bookings are scheduled to go live week commencing 29 April.
