The Pots and Fords Association’s online presence!

The Pots and Fords Association webpage is now live and hosted on the Aberdeen and District Angling Associations website:

Pots & Fords Angling Association

The Pots and Fords Association was formed in 1946. In 1947 the Aberdeen and District Angling Association was formed, and an arrangement was entered into to allow ADAA members to access the Pots and Fords Fishings.

The Pots and Fords fishings are on the River Dee on both banks from Ruthrieston burn downstream to 110 yards above the Wellington Suspension Bridge and details about rules, maps, and so on are all on the ADAA website.

As well as the history, the following is hosted on the page:

  • The Pots and Fords Association Governance Arrangements.
  • The latest Pots and Fords AGM Minute.
  • Aberdeen and District Angling Association’s members eligibility criteria and process to apply to join.
  •
