The 62nd Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held in the New Kings building (room-NK6), Aberdeen University, Regent Walk, Aberdeen on Wednesday 28th January 2009 at 7.30pm.
The official notice of the meeting including the agenda along with various other papers is scheduled to be posted out to all members by second class post on Monday 19 January.
A frequently asked question by new members is when and how to pay the annual subscription. Those members present at the meeting will decide the 2009 subscriptions. Thereafter these must be paid by the end of February 2009. Further details on how to do this will be included in the notice.
The change to the usual venue is because of building works being carried out. A map of this year’s venue will be issued with the papers.
